Your CV is personal. Here is exactly what we collect, why we need it, and who ever sees it.
Last updated: 1 January 2026
1. What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and phone number.
Professional details: your education, skills, work experience, salary expectation, job preferences, LinkedIn profile and the CV you upload or paste.
Service data: the jobs you view, the applications we prepare for you, their status, and payment records including Mobile Money transaction references.
2. Why we collect it
To match you with relevant jobs, to write applications on your behalf, to track those applications, and to process your payment. That is the whole list.
3. Who sees your data
Our own staff, who prepare and review your applications.
The employers you approve applications for. They receive what you would send them yourself: your CV, cover letter and application answers.
Our infrastructure providers, who host the site and database, and our AI provider, which processes your profile text to generate application materials. They process data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.
We never sell your data, and we never share it with recruiters or employers you have not approved.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account with us, plus any period we are legally required to keep financial records.
Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data.
5. Your rights
Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic to the site is encrypted. Access to customer records is limited to the staff who need it to do the work.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
