Refund Policy
We sell work, not luck. If the work is not up to standard, you get your money back.

1. Before we start
If you have paid but we have not yet prepared any applications, you get a full refund on request within 7 days. No questions asked.
2. After we start
We refund the unused portion of your package. For example: if you bought 25 applications and we have prepared 8, you are refunded for the remaining 17.
Refunds are sent back to the Mobile Money number or bank account you paid from, within 5 working days.
3. Quality guarantee
If an application we prepared contains errors, ignores your instructions or does not reflect the job advert, tell us. We rewrite it at no cost and it does not count against your allowance.
If we cannot get it right after two attempts, that application is refunded.
4. What we cannot refund
We cannot refund because an employer did not reply, did not shortlist you, or hired someone else. Those outcomes are not ours to control, and the work was still done.
We cannot refund applications you approved and submitted where the information you gave us turned out to be inaccurate.
5. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email support with your account email and the reason. We respond within one working day.
