1. What JobHunt AI provides
We search for job openings that match the profile you give us, prepare application materials for those openings (a tailored CV, a cover letter and draft answers to screening questions), and track the applications you approve.
The number of applications included depends on the package you buy. Your dashboard always shows how many you have used and how many remain.
2. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that you will be interviewed, shortlisted or hired. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and we have no influence over them.
We do not guarantee that a specific job will still be open when your application reaches the employer, or that an employer will respond at all.
3. Your responsibilities
Everything you tell us about your education, experience and skills must be true. We write applications from what you give us. If you supply false information, the resulting applications will contain it, and that is your responsibility, not ours.
You review and approve each application before it is submitted. Approving an application means you confirm the content is accurate.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Payment
Packages are paid for once, up front, by Mobile Money or bank transfer. Your applications do not expire.
Your applications unlock once we confirm your payment, usually within 30 minutes during working hours.
5. Refunds
If we have not started work on your package, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
If work has started, we refund the unused portion of your package. See our Refund Policy for the detail.
6. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time and we will delete your personal data, subject to any records we must keep for accounting purposes.
We may suspend an account that submits false information, abuses our staff, or attempts to use the service to defraud employers.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
